What is a good spam score?

A spam score below 3 is considered good. Scores above 5 indicate high spam risk and your emails may land in spam folders.

Why does my email fail SPF authentication?

SPF failures occur when the sending server's IP isn't listed in your domain's SPF record. Update your DNS to include all authorized sending IPs.

How often should I test my deliverability?

Test after any DNS changes, before major campaigns, and monthly as a routine check. Sudden drops in open rates also warrant testing.
